Mediterranean Bath – Hot steam enriched with aromatic essences. The Mediterranean Bath has a beneficial impact on your respiratory system. The deep perspiration caused by steam and heat, especially in some parts of the body, facilitates the elimination of toxins and a general natural detoxification, creating a perfect balance between your body and soul.

 

Finnish Sauna – A dry heat bath that encourages an intense perspiration. It has beneficial effects on the cardio-vascular system and muscular tone; it helps to open the skins pores.
