BOOKINGS
It is advisable to arrive at the Beauty Salon at least 30 minutes before the actual appointment, so that you can relax in the special rooms and thus face the treatment in an optimal state of relaxation.
Please cancel appointments at least 3 hours in advance to avoid incurring a 50% therapy fee.
In case of prepaid cards, the amount of any treatment purchased will be deducted from the balance.

EQUIPMENT
The customer is provided with a bathrobe, towels and slippers. However, bathing suits are not provided: you are therefore advised to bring your own to wear in the wet area.

OPENING HOUR
SPA: from Monday to Friday: 09:00-20:00.
Saturday: 09:00-19:30.
Saturday (during summer): 09:00-13:00.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the wet zone.
